Evelyn earned her B.S. degree in education at the University of Florida. After completing post graduate work, she began a successful teaching career at Southside Junior High School and St. Petersburg College. She also tutored privately, and wrote a book on reading education for special needs students.

Evelyn entered the real estate business in 1965 and enjoyed great success selling single family residences, homesites, farms and ranches in south Texas. After moving to Florida in 1992, she switched her focus to the development and sales of luxury condominiums.

Beach Club of Indian Shores, a 12 unit beachfront project, was her first sales effort in the upscale condominium market. Completed in 1994, Beach Club represented the first new construction on Indian Shores in more than a decade, and was the catalyst for much of the luxury waterfront development to follow. Since then, Evelyn has sold out 36 condominium and townhome projects along the Pinellas beaches.

In total, properties she and her partners have developed, sold or resold have totaled more than $1 billion in value.

Stephen Page is a St. Petersburg native who has spent most of his life in the Tampa Bay area. Upon earning a Bachelor's Degree and obtaining his real estate credentials, he immediately began a career in the real estate industry.  His business ventures started with small residential projects, and have continued to grow over the past 27 years to include numerous, successful multi-million dollar condominium and townhome developments along Florida's west gulf coast.

In 2004, Mr. Page broadened the scope of his investment portfolio to include hotel and restaurant properties.  

Mr. Page credits the success of his real estate development and investment career to his thorough knowledge and direct involvement in all aspects of project acquisition, development and sales. He emphasizes working from an ownership perspective, and is particularly adept at addressing and solving difficult issues involving financing, working with local municipalities on variances and ordinances, and entitlements.

Pamela Page has enjoyed an decades long career encompassing all aspects of real estate sales, marketing and development for

mutil-million dollar projects in Texas, Hawaii and Florida. She holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A., and has earned additional graduate certification from George Washington University. She is also principal Broker for Benchmark Brokerage Services, LLC. From project concept to completion, she is involved in creating the identity, design, marketing materials and sales program for each project. 

Ms. Page is a Florida native who enjoys living and working in the beautiful coastal communities of Tampa Bay.

She promotes responsible development, with personal integrity, fairness and community involvement 

always at the forefront. Ms. Page has enjoyed mentoring young women to help them continue their education and 

achieve success in their lives. She is also a long time animal rights activist and is president of the Board of Directors of a NY based non-profit organization that promotes justice, fairness and compassion.

Shelly is a sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of executive leadership in the IT industry.   She brings a wealth of knowledge in project and asset management to our ever growing portfolio.  Shelly grew up in Clearwater attending Clearwater High School and University of South Florida.  

Shelly calls Largo her home but also enjoys time in Glenville, NC with family.    She is a strong supporter of animal rights and rescue programs.  

Stephen joined the family business after he graduated Summa Cum Laude from USF in 2015, earning a B.B.A. in Finance with minors in Economics and International Business. He has quickly become an integral part of the executive team with a focus on the hospitality side of the business as well as project analysis in general. Stephen also plays a role in development of properties, often assisting and learning from his father so that he will eventually be able to take the lead on projects as well.

Daniel resides in Springfield, Missouri.  He searches for potential Real Estate acquisitions and also researches solutions for current properties needs and issues.
